In my Experimental Landscapes print series, I take digital images of landscapes and intentionally deconstruct them. I break the images down into abstract forms and shapes through the use of color, then reassemble them by overlapping layers. This process allows me to move beyond a traditional, realistic depiction of nature, instead focusing on the interplay between color, form, and perception. By dismantling and reconfiguring the landscape, I create a more experimental, fragmented version of the scene.
